About Us

Dial.A.Maid is a locally & individually owned business.

Niegel Massey started cleaning houses in 1993. As the business became established, she started training & hiring people
to go clean homes.

She had to weed out different people, because only people who take pride in their work can be a part of this team.

Through the rough times & the good times, Niegel finally has come up with a formula to get quality, honest people to
staff Dial.A.Maid!

Currently, staff consists of :  2 two person teams & 5 individuals.  All have been associated with Dial.A.Maid 1 to 5 years.

Dial.A.Maid is established enough to be in many area phone directories, for the conveinence of our clients!

Dial.A.Maid is bonded & licensed.

Policies:

Our cleaning services are offered:  As Needed, Upon Request, Once Every Three Weeks, Once Every Two Weeks.
Our cleaning services are often available same day, within 24 hours, within the week.


We offer a limited 24 hour customer satisfaction notification.  If the client calls within 24 hours of a cleaning,
we will gladly return to address any cleaning concerns of what was already done.  If other areas need attended to,
(which we did not get to because of limited time) then our normal fee will be charged for additional cleanings.
In other words, if your concerns are valid, there will be no additional charges.  If your concerns are not valid, then
there will be a minimum fee of $35.00 per hour, per person.
